Huge Wolf Medal 1.25" – St. Francis of Assisi – Blessed by Pope

A huge St. Francis of Assisi medal — San Francesco feeding the wolf — struck in Italy with excellent craftsmanship and signed by the artist.

• Size: 1 1/4" (3 cm) — bigger than a 1 dollar coin
• Material: Brass, silver washed, thus the color is silver; made in Italy, from Assisi
• Design: St. Francis with the wolf on the front, artist's signature visible; the Basilica of Saint Francis in Assisi on the back
• Blessing: Blessed by Pope Leo XIV
• Shipping: Ships from Rome, Italy

At this size the medal doubles as a serious dog tag — sturdy, deeply struck, and fitting for the patron saint of pets. Fix it to a collar or hang it by the leash hook, and let St. Francis keep watch over your favorite animal.
