Padre Pio Holy Card - St. Pio vintage Prayer Card

A vintage Beato Padre Pio da Pietrelcina holy card with a true ex-indumentis relic — a printing from the brief window between his beatification and his canonization.

• Size: 4 1/4 x 3 inches (7.5 cm)
• Condition: Vintage Original
• Origin: Catholic Convent
• Relic: Ex-indumentis relic (a small piece of a vestment) with postulator seal; recently touched to the shrine of Saint Pio
• Shipping: Ships from Rome, Italy

The cover photograph is disarming: Pio cradling a statue of the Christ Child, a nod to his famous Christmas devotion at Midnight Mass. The Beato title dates the card to the years between 1999 and 2002, before "Saint" replaced it for good — a detail collectors of Pio ephemera will recognize at once.
