The Matinee Equestrian Skirt

A romantic, multi layered maxi skirt inspired by characters in period drama riding side saddle, made in Matinee, a print drawn from the beginnings of cinema and the black and white world of silent film.  A drop waist falls into layers of cotton petticoat, with lace trim throughout and an invisible zip. Bustle drawstrings adjust the draping, shape and volume. Pair it with the Equestrian Blouse for the full effect. One of the designer’s favorite maxi skirts Selkie has made.
